The Plan
Every year Britt heads off somewhere sunny with her closest friends, and Maxi does the same with his.
Those trips are one of the highlights of our year, so this time we want to combine them and take everyone together. Come celebrate with us.
Will you come?
Quick note before you say yes: the trip runs the full four nights in Corfu, from the 16th to the 20th of September 2027. Think group holiday with your favourite people, not a typical destination wedding.

A Few Practical Things
Good to Know
So you can say yes with everything in view.
- What should I expect?
- There will be around 23 of us, half Britt’s closest friends and half Maxi’s. There is a programme, some of it wedding themed, but most of it is just the kind of things you would do on any good holiday together. Expect a relaxed pace with plenty of free time too. And since we have the villas to ourselves rather than checking into a hotel, we will all help out a bit. Making breakfast, putting lunch together, keeping the kitchen in reasonable shape.
- Where are we all staying?
- We have taken over three villas on one property on the east coast of Corfu, looking out over the sea. Each has its own pool, and they sit together in the same gardens of olive and citrus trees, so we are all in one place without being on top of each other. There is a BBQ and plenty of room to spread out. We are sorting the rooms, so you do not need to book anything yourself. Just turn up with a swimsuit.
- What's covered, and what's not?
- Think sponsored holiday, not an all inclusive resort and not a typical wedding where everything is laid on. Food, snacks, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer and wine at the villa are on us, along with your airport transfer and most of what we do together. Spirits and cocktails are not included, so if you fancy one, at the villa or when we are out, that one is on you. Your flights are the one thing to book yourself, and if there is something you cannot live without, a quick supermarket run sorts it.
- What are the dates, and can I come early?
- The main event runs from the 16th to the 20th of September 2027, four nights, and that’s the part we’d love you there for from start to finish. If you fancy arriving early you are very welcome from the 15th, whenever suits you, though there’s no organised programme that evening. On the 20th there’s no rush either: we have kept one of the houses on for the day, so you can leave your bags and make the most of it until your flight. And if you want to turn it into a longer trip with a few extra days before or after, go for it. We might do the same.
- How do I get there?
- Fly into Corfu airport (CFU), about twenty minutes from the villas. Book whichever flight suits you best, and once we know your details, we’ll sort the transfers so you don’t need to worry about getting there.
- What are the next steps?
- Once we know who is joining, we will keep this site updated with the itinerary, more answers as things firm up, and anything else worth knowing. Closer to the time we will also come back to you about allergies and dietary restrictions, flight numbers and the like. And whenever there is an update, we will share it in a WhatsApp group so nobody has to keep checking back.
